Dmitry Peskov commented on Vladimir Putin's speech at the Council of Legislators in St. conflict in Ukraine of third countries, hinting at the possibility of a nuclear strike.
According to the Kremlin speaker, yesterday's speech by the president and all speeches of late are “extremely important and meaningful” both from a “substantive and conceptual point of view.” They contain very clear messages on internal and external affairs, in particular, on the situation in Ukraine. “One cannot underestimate the importance of each such speech by Putin,” Peskov said.
Answering the question whether the president’s speech yesterday could be considered as a stage in preparation for the Address to the Federal Assembly, Peskov said that when the decision to read the Address would be made , the Kremlin press service will inform about it.
